Guest play keeps practice position, language, settings and lesson progress in this browser. Clearing them does not delete an online profile.

Website delivery

The hosting provider receives technical requests, which can include network addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. These are not used here to build advertising profiles.

Online play

Public beta: a profile is needed only for online games. Solo practice and the Academy do not need one. This arena stores data separately from the earlier private test.

Account controls and recovery

Profile → Account controls exports data, rotates your key, signs out or deletes your profile. Deletion removes identity, sessions and social links; shared results retain a different anonymous seat for each match. The public database is hosted by Neon in Frankfurt; short provider recovery history and up to 7 daily private backup snapshots can retain earlier data until rotation. Removing the app does not delete an online profile.

Optional analytics

Optional usage analytics are off until explicit consent and confirmation of age 16 or over. They measure first spells, completed games and return visits, without names, typed text, advertising identifiers or session recordings. Usage events expire after 90 days. Settings → Usage & privacy stops collection and requests erasure. Technical error reports are separate, privacy-scrubbed operational data.

Help and private replies

Support tickets and operator replies are private account records, not browsing analytics. Resolved or closed tickets expire after 90 inactive days; others after 180. Profile deletion removes them, subject to the disclosed private backup rotation. No automatic email is sent.

Operator identity and email contact await owner confirmation. In-game support and guest feedback are available below; no unverified email address is advertised.
